Product Overview
This ISG Connect Internet Service Gateway connects the heat pump to the home network via LAN and enables the heat pump system to be operated using a browser. If the appliance data is also transmitted to the STIEBEL ELTRON Servicewelt (Internet Service Portal), the heat pump can be conveniently controlled from anywhere via the internet using the MyStiebel app. The ISG Connect is a required accessory for use of the SG Ready functions. The ISG can be integrated into an existing building management system via the Modbus TCP/IP data interface. ISG Connect enables control to an output specified by the power supply utility or energy manager (HEMS – Home Energy Management System) via relay contacts or EEBUS protocol.
